Service pricing is provided upon quote or visit and may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements discussed at the time of booking.

2. Quotes and Booking

• Submitting a quote request through the Site does not guarantee a booking; all bookings are confirmed directly by our team.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for reasons related to property access, safety, or scope of work outside our services.
• Preferred dates and times submitted through the Site are requests only and are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible if a scheduled cleaning needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or refusal of future service, at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver quality service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property, including size, condition, and any special requirements
• Ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure or disclose any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items prior to service
• Disclose relevant information about pets, allergies, or specific product preferences (e.g., eco-friendly product requests)

5. Satisfaction and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Summit Clean Co. is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the property
• Damage resulting from items not properly secured or disclosed by the customer
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Insurance

Summit Clean Co. maintains liability insurance for its cleaning operations. Please contact us directly if you require documentation for insurance purposes.
